Life-Size Messi

The world’s first life-size human being inside a browser. A living, breathing through to life digital avatar of Lionel Messi. LEO was developed to showcase the new game features EA SPORTS FIFA14. Using 3D scans and high-resolution photographs, we constructed LE0 using 752 bones, 75 megapixels of textures, 150,000 polygons and 60MB of data. We breathed life into LE0 through real-time, interactive, 3D animations and AI logic. To handle the unprecedented scale and detail of our 3D models and animations, we developed a fully-customized 3D pipeline.
